The Delaware Lacrosse Foundation is pleased to announce Timmy Brooks as our key note speaker for the All Lacrosse Banquet. Please join us to hear Timmy's uplifting message of personal responsibility, redemption and what it took to become a national champion.  

Timmy Brooks Bio

After graduating from The Haverford School as a Captain of the lacrosse program in 2013, drug and alcohol abuse lead his quick arrest for his involvement in a conspiracy that the media dubbed “The Mainline Takeover Project.” Timmy found a pathway to sobriety and served his penalty of 7 and one half months in jail. Upon exiting jail, he enrolled in Cabrini University. Four years later as Captain of the Cabrini Cavaliers lacrosse team, they accomplished the ultimate goal of winning a national championship. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in business management. His accolades on the lacrosse field include 2 time USILA All-American, Girard-Goodwin Scholar Athlete award and multiple top ten records for the program including 5^th all time with 151 career goals scored.

Timmy shares his lessons learned with schools and organizations to help others to either find the pathway he learned to walk or warn of the perils of making similar choices.

He has recently established two organizations Timmy’s Lessons Learned Foundation, which provides funding to help people find recovery, and Synergy Houses, which provides safe sober living environments for people seeking the path to recovery.
